With their typical C- and L-shaped bends, our CL profiles have significantly higher load-bearing capacity values compared to our C profiles. The special geometry predestines the CL wall transoms for use as parapet or lintel transoms for continuous rooflights and windows. The CL transoms are installed horizontally and vertically as single-span beams - both in front of and between the on-site supports. In terms of construction heights, this type of edge profile has standard construction heights of between 150 and 200 mm.
Finishing options such as perforations, notches, bevelled cuts or the use of SCHRAG transom shoes ensure shorter installation times and help building owners to make their projects more cost-effective. Thanks to our flexible production methods and modern CNC-controlled machinery, we can manufacture CL transoms to individual specifications at any time, depending on demand and structural requirements.
