With this in mind, we rely on the use of state-of-the-art CNC edging technology. With the help of a machine park in which we continually invest in modernisation and with efficient, motivated employees, we produce purlins, transoms and continuous rooflight frames as well as moulded parts that meet the highest material and visual requirements.
From the idea to production
In addition to our strength in producing profiles in large and small quantities in consistently high quality, we consider the production of customised solutions to be a particular challenge. Here we have the opportunity to focus all our capabilities on the realisation of a special solution - from the idea to calculations and design through to production, we can demonstrate the technological, design and creative potential we can unleash. On a practical level, we rely on our technical capabilities for challenges such as these. Modern edge technology and profile processing in particular offer a wide range of possibilities in terms of geometry. Processing, cut-outs or notches offer the option of realising special solutions that are precise and an exact fit. At the same time, it is possible to produce components in many different lengths as well as different material thicknesses and grades.
Certified according to EN 1090
Thanks to our flexible technology, we are also able to manufacture customised solutions with different grades and surfaces on request. The reliable mastery of our processes in conjunction with technologies such as cold forming enable us to manufacture a wide variety of customised components with short delivery times. In the area of application of load-bearing components, the SCHRAG edging plants at the Hilchenbach, Heilbronn, Hamburg and Krostitz sites have proof of conformity through certification in accordance with EN 1090, which means that the production conditions fulfil the normative requirements applicable throughout Europe in the area of building inspections for load-bearing steel components (e.g. purlins, transoms, interchangeable profiles, continuous rooflight frames).
