A further investment in the latest shearing technology was made at the Hamburg site. The new guillotine shear can process sheet steel up to a thickness of 4.00 mm over a length of 8,100 mm.
The Shear-Control ESC touchscreen, which provides many cutting programmes and forms the interface to the modern PLC control system, ensures intuitive and fast operation.
High productivity is also ensured by the factory-fitted scrap shredder, which cuts small, manageable pieces from the residual strips and reliably separates good from bad parts.
