Lightweight profiles - easy assembly and weight savings
Since the 1960s, we have been proven experts in modern hall construction using thin-walled, cold-formed and surface-finished sheet steel. The use of SCHRAG purlins, eaves and wall transoms and plinth profiles means that roof and wall constructions with a wide range of requirements can be realised easily, safely and quickly. Compared to hot-rolled profiles, our cold-formed profiles offer considerable savings in the realisation of modern wall constructions.
SCHRAG transoms offer a wide range of possibilities
We manufacture our components for wall constructions on modern coil and punching lines using innovative bending techniques. The production lengths are up to 11,000 mm. We rely on S390GD+Z275 for the material grade. We are happy to process other material qualities and grades on request. In general, building owners benefit from our products thanks to the wide range of options they offer. Even the effective insulation of external walls is no obstacle.
Transom shoes - customised and a perfect fit
In addition to transoms, load-bearing transom shoes are essential components of a wall construction. With the transom shoes or SCHRAG transom brackets, the wall transoms can be installed in a customised system. As a system, C-wall ledgers are used in horizontal and vertical installation positions as single-span beams in front of or between the on-site supports. Prefabricated perforations make installation more effective. CL transoms provide the same benefits as C transoms, but have higher load-bearing capacity values due to additional bends.
