Single-span beam systems with different spans
The use of SCHRAG purlins offers many advantages for roof constructions: To dissipate the roof shear, additional components such as slings or suspensions are only required in a few exceptional cases. This reduces installation work and costs. In principle, SCHRAG purlins can be used as single-span girder systems and as coupled girder systems. For smaller buildings, different span widths or girder spacings or low loads, single-span girder systems are usually the most economical solution.
Reduce costs with optimised systems
The assembly costs for single-span girder systems are comparatively low. The purlins are laid without overlapping and bolted to the purlin shoe. The single-span purlin is therefore an economical solution for buildings with few truss bays and/or low loads.
