Since the 1960s, we have specialised in the production of high-quality edge profiles for industrial and commercial construction. One of our overriding objectives is to act as a consultant, problem solver and pioneer and to provide our customers with satisfactory answers to all questions relating to modern lightweight metal construction. We set ourselves the highest standards in terms of product quality and are not prepared to compromise. All our products with requirements in the field of statics have CE marking in accordance with the European standard EN 1090. Our quality promise is guaranteed by our in-house production control.
Effective protection against corrosive influences
We manufacture our eaves purlins - often also referred to as eaves profiles or eaves ledgers - from S390GD grade steel sheets, coated with Z275 corrosion protection. This means that our profiles are very well protected against corrosion as standard. If required, we can also provide our eaves purlins with higher corrosion protection systems such as Magnelis® ZM 310.
Eaves purlins - particularly economical solutions
In terms of their function, it can be stated that eaves profiles fulfil the tasks of roof purlins and wall battens in the eaves area. The use of a single profile in this area is not only practical, it also represents a particularly economical solution in modern light metal construction. This can be realised for the following reason: The possibility of absorbing vertical and horizontal loads from roof cladding and roof shear, if necessary from roof bracing, etc. means that several tasks can be taken on at the same time.
