Our Group has more than 40 years of experience in folding technology. This means we can offer you meaningful benefits, such as more accurate fits for prefabricated profiles and thus more cost-effective and safer on-site installation. We will manufacture folded flashings and any special profile in standard or special lengths according to your dimensional specifications (sketches). Reliable customised solutions:
- Folding flashings: straight, conical, rounded, e.g. for barrel dormers, cut-outs with or without back fold, special blades with one-sided or double-sided lower and upper fold.
- Special profiles: for roof and walls, connecting profiles for folding flashings, roof connections and end pieces, window sills, wall cladding, fascia cladding, roof ridge profiles, plinth profiles, cornice covers, beaded profiles, internal and external corners, flashings, etc.
- Services: cutting, folding up to 8,000 mm, profiling, perforating, punching, rounding, clipping, soldering, riveting, gluing, welding, beading 1,400, 1,600, 1,800, 2,000 and 2,200 mm up to 4,000 mm, assembly, production of small coils (400 mm internal diameter) in fixed lengths as required by the customer.
- Machine hire: Mini-Prof profiling machine, Piccolo automatic folding machine, winter set for Piccolo, lengthening and shortening device
- Training: We offer individual theoretical and practical courses, either on the customer's premises or at our suppliers' training centres.
- Service: We compile proposals, do on-site measurements, ensure punctual production and have experienced staff on hand to advise you.
- Logistics: Transport takes place with selected freight companies and qualified staff.
