State-of-the-art CNC-controlled machine technology is used in all nine SCHRAG flashings operations in Germany and abroad.

Quality control seal

Our plants have been awarded the quality control seal for all lightweight construction profiles using material strengths of 1.50 mm and greater, i.e. all edging profiles offered or ordered that meet this standard have been certified by the Material Testing Institute (MPA) in Dortmund and are subject to strict external monitoring.

The relevant plant is therefore entitled to label construction components with the quality control seal in accordance with the conformity labelling ordinance.

This ensures your peace of mind as you can place your trust in SCHRAG quality, and guarantees for us that we are meeting your requirements.

Welding specialists

For supporting welding constructions, the company now has a manufacturer's qualification to weld Class B steel installations in accordance with DIN 18800-7:2002-09.
